- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST banking institution I have ever been with. If I had the money to pay off my loans years ago I would have to NEVER have to be with them again. Average wait time on the phone 20-25 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME. Add $700+ insurance to a car loan that has had car insurance on it for years. Randomly close due to "bad weather". Are only open until 5 when the entire world gets off work at 5! They lie about trying to make contact with you. In 2016 don't allow you to pay a loan with a credit card?!?!? UNLESS YOU DEFAULT ON THE PAYMENT! Takes months to see a problem fixed if it's their fault. Management says they will handle things then never gets back to you, gives you a fake phone extension that when you call to check on the statues of a problem "doesn't work". APGFCU THE ONLY REASON YOU "EXPERIENCE A LARGE VOLUME OF CALLS" is because everyone is complaining! This is a bank only for 80 year old retirees that still use check and have all day to sit on the phone.Yes I will be reporting this institution to the BBB.By Amanda Barlow, April 09, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆i put in a loan application over 2 weeks ago, every time they told me i would get a call at said date and time, i never got a call, they "deleted" my pay stubs, and proceeded not to call me in efforts for get them back. and i had to call back to find out what happened with my loan 2 days after they said they would call me, (for the 3rd time) Thannks APGFCU, you guys screwed me over.By Jordan Fuchs, February 28, 2017
